: (1) If a complaint is received in accordance with section 23 regarding any offense punishable under this Act, or if the matter comes to his attention through any other means, the market protection officer shall investigate and investigate the case.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a complaint is made to the board in accordance with section 23 regarding any offense punishable under this act, the board shall send such complaint to any market protection officer for necessary action or shall investigate such complaint by forming a sub-committee. (3) If the person making the complaint in accordance with Section 23 provides additional evidence or information in connection with the investigation and investigation of the crime, the investigating officer shall also consider such evidence or information and conduct the investigation and investigation.
(4) According to sub-section (2), if any case is investigated and investigated by the sub-committee, the board will order any market protection officer to file a case in the court after the investigation and investigation of such case is completed.

(6) When filing a case according to sub-section (5), the market protection officer shall take the opinion of the public prosecutor.
